Their biggest plus is not having to wait in long lines or deal with cramped quarters and harried understaffed situations like the "majors" elsewhere in town. They are friendly, personable, and professional. Google the location, they're hidden in plain sight.

The staff and service at Hometown are amazing. I didn’t think I would ever actually enjoy going to a pharmacy again when KMart closed... I had some very unpleasant experiences with Walgreens and Walmart. There seemed to be no communication between pharmacies and doctors, and I was constantly being told that my prescriptions weren’t ready when they had already told me I could pick them up. Walgreens, especially, is a terrible place to go for pharmacy needs. I thought it was just my issue until I looked at the better business bureau site and saw the number and type of complaints about Walgreens from other customers. The staff at Hometown is incredible. They know who I am, they have excellent communication with my doctors, and do excellent work. I actually feel like I’m in a small town’s only pharmacy when I go or call there. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've never had a favorite pharmacy. But I have learned so much from the staff. They are so amazing at answering all my "stupid" questions with grace and expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Switch to this place. Seriously, just do it. They are wonderful. Tessa deserves a special shoutout. When a savings card for a specialty prescription expired, she re-enrolled me, saving me $50/month. They are friendly, prompt, and go above and beyond. You are not just a number to them, like at corporately owned pharmacies where everyone's overworked and understaffed. We are fortunate to have a pharmacy with that small-town feel, so help support them and keep them around.

Switched here after months of mistakes and headaches from Walgreens, and the difference is literally night and day. Staff here are always friendly, competent, and helpful and I will never go back to the large chains if I can avoid it.

Always been so much better than Walgreens, once I switched I wished I'd have done it sooner. Minimal wait time and very helpful employees. They've never disappointed.

I used to use one of the larger pharmacies in town until my insurance changed and no longer accepted that pharmacy. I switched everything over to Hometown and I can say I will never go anywhere else! Hometown offers way more personal service and I don't think I've ever been there more than five minutes to pick up a prescription! Speedy and friendly and I highly recommend to everyone!

Hometown Pharmacy is truly wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable, timely, and professional. The delays, disorganization, and lack of competence I experienced with larger pharmacies became inexcusable at a certain point. Hometown Pharmacy was THE solution! I couldn't be happier with the service Hometown has provided me and my family!

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! They are so so friendly here and the wait time is never outrageous. I switched here from a nearby large chain pharmacy and the difference is night and day. There have been times they didn’t have what I need in stock but they’ve been great about transferring the script to where it’s available.
